Royal Don
Elite Mare Diva presented us with her second foal on Marth 5th, 2008, another colt, this one by Royal Prince. I could not be more pleased with the cross, as this little boy has what I had hoped he would have — long, long legs, modern type, lovely suspension and a wonderful disposition. I have named him Royal Don, in acknowledgement of his father Royal Prince and grandfather the immortal Donnerhall. Donnie sold to Jeffrey and Holly Taylor of Ohio in 2009. Here are a few pics of him newly under saddle. He has turned out so well that I am breeding Diva back to Royal Prince for a 2012 foal.

Royal Don below in March 2008
Royal Don (aka Princely) just gets better and better! He is impressing me in every way — from movement to correctness to temperament which is happy, friendly and outgoing. The pictures below are from April 11th.
