Feather
Wolkenstanza's fourth foal by Fidertanz arrive May 8th, 2010. Feather (seen above and in several pics below at 5 months of age) is a beautiful bay filly who could not look more like her incredible mama. She is a replica down to her two hind socks and feather whorl on her forehead. She may be a little bit typier than her big sister Fifi. She looks like she will have the same movement that we have come to expect from this cross — powerful and suspended with rubber ball elasticity.
Feather is a near clone of her mama Wolkenstanza who she met for the first time at her inspection in th pic below
This was an embryo transfer foal and the ET recipient mare Charm (seen with her above) has been a total joy — a great mama and an easy mare to work with.
For now she is not for sale. I am deciding between her and Fifi for a keeper for the mare herd.
